Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the SyncBig application (“App”) provided by AI Zone Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
SyncBig is a BigCommerce application that enables merchants to synchronize store data (orders, products, customers) to third-party destinations (Google Sheets, Asana, Slack) on a configurable schedule.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid BigCommerce store and the legal authority to install applications on that store in order to use the App.
4. Use of BigCommerce API
By installing the App, you authorize us to access your BigCommerce store's API using the OAuth scopes you grant during installation (store_v2_orders, store_v2_products, store_v2_customers). We will only use these permissions to perform the sync operations you configure.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The App integrates with third-party services (Google, Asana, Slack) via OAuth. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party services.
6. Data Handling
We store the minimum data necessary to operate the App (OAuth tokens, job configurations, sync logs). See our Privacy Policy for full details. All store data is deleted upon uninstall.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or sync failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or missed sync runs.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App from your BigCommerce store.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
