Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the StyleBig application (“App”) provided by AI Zone Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
StyleBig is a BigCommerce application that generates new imagery using AI, on a credit-based plan — lifestyle scenes, seasonal overlays, model showcases, and edited variations built from photos in your product catalogue, plus standalone assets (model references, backdrops, promotional graphics) generated from a prompt with no catalogue photo required.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid BigCommerce store and the legal authority to install applications on that store in order to use the App.
4. Use of BigCommerce API
By installing the App, you authorize us to access your BigCommerce store's API using the OAuth scopes you grant during installation — to view and modify products, and to view and modify general store information and settings. We will only use these permissions to read your product catalogue and write generated images to it at your request.
5. Credits, Plans & Billing
The App is offered on a credit-based subscription model. New stores receive a limited free trial. Paid plans grant a fixed number of credits each billing cycle, consumed by image generations at a rate that depends on the quality level selected. Unused monthly credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Subscription payment is processed through BigCommerce's own billing system; pricing and available plans are shown in the App and may change from time to time.
6. Generated Content
You are responsible for the product photos and prompts you submit, and for having the necessary rights to use them. You retain ownership of images you generate through the App. We do not guarantee that any generated image will be suitable for a particular purpose, and generated results may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or require regeneration.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The App uses OpenAI's image generation API to produce results, and BigCommerce's own billing system to process subscription payments. Your use of the App is subject to the applicable third-party terms governing those services, including OpenAI's usage policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party services.
8. Data Handling
We store the minimum data necessary to operate the App (OAuth tokens, generation history, credit and billing records). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates OpenAI's usage policies
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including by submitting source photos you do not have the right to use
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems
We reserve the right to suspend access to the App for use that violates this section.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or failed generations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or unsuccessful generations.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the App from your BigCommerce store.
Uninstalling revokes our access to your store immediately. Some data — including your credit balance, generation history, and billing records — is retained afterwards so that reinstalling restores your account rather than starting it over; see Data Retention in our Privacy Policy for exactly what is kept and how to request its deletion.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
